SWLEP SWLEP appoints seven new Board Directors We have appointed seven new directors from the private sector to the Board to increase our strategic leadership capacity and support planned activities to grow our local economy. The new directors are: Mandy Clarke, Managing Director, Accomplish HR Carole Kitching, Principal and CEO, New College Swindon Becky Middleton, Founder, Middleton Solutions Limited Alison North, International Business Consultant, AN Information Limited Andrew Gudgeon OBE, Head of Operational Risk Oversight, Nationwide Building Society Paul Moorby OBE, Managing Director, Chipside Ltd Keeran Vetriko, Managing Director, JERES Management Consulting The new board of directors have been appointed for a membership period of three years. The SWLEP board membership is voluntary; with claimable expenses. The directors will need to make a commitment to dedicate approximately two working days per month to cover regular Board meetings and working groups. The new members were officially appointed at a meeting of the SWLEP board in July and took up their roles with immediate effect. The Board also welcomes Councillor Philip Whitehead, Leader of Wiltshire Council, who has replaced Councillor Baroness Scott of Bybrook.
