Discover is based in the Glove Factory Studios in Holt and
specialises in creating online business engagement tools.
For 20 years the firm has worked at
the cutting edge of web-based forms
and surveys. Their services help large
organisations and SMEs understand
strengths, weaknesses and where there
is room for improvement. Their software
created in-house is used in 79 countries
across the globe and in 29 different
languages.
Discover typically works with clients with
a £5k+ research budget, providing them
with a bespoke survey and link that can
be reused. Their clients span a number

are used to evaluate training programmes,
understand sales force issues and the

The company’s champion product is
PulseChecker and one of its key benefits is
its ‘Happiness Index’, allowing businesses
to measure sentiment across the team. It
provides the flexibility to share a survey’s
results to a closed confidential group or
share the findings with all participants at
the click of a button. It also allows users
to discuss real-time the outcomes of the
research.

PulseChecker to measure employee
engagement and happiness. Anna Good,
