ON A SUCCESSFUL 2017
Bradford on Avon-based IT support firm Systemagic have
spent the past 12 months helping more clients than ever
embrace new technologies to improve their businesses. Their
clients have proven that by embracing tech, they are now
more secure, able to work more efficiently and are completely
confident their IT systems are supporting business growth.
Managing director, James Eades said:“The biggest area
of growth we’ve seen this year is with Microsoft cloud
solutions, we have migrated literally thousands of
users to their Office 365 and Azure platforms in 2017.
These technologies allow our clients to take advantage
of the latest cloud-based technology without major
up front investment, and provide IT systems that scale
up and down with their business demands. In fact,
we’ve been so successful in this area that we won an
award in London in October for our successes with
Microsoft’s cloud tech!
“We’ve also seen a massive increase in the
demand for Apple computers and servers in business,
especially in the media and design sectors. Many more
businesses now want to run a mixture of Apple and
Microsoft computers and servers, or want to make
the jump from Microsoft to Apple completely. Our
team have been busy training in Apple solutions and
in response to this extra demand we’ve employed
an Apple specialist who brings 8 years’ experience
of implementing and supporting Apple business
solutions.
In a year that Systemagic celebrated 18 years in
business, moved to bigger and better offices, won
multiple awards and welcomed three new team
members, we have really enjoyed helping businesses in
the South West and beyond improve their businesses
through the use of technology. “
