Inspiring the Elite SYSTEMAGIC INVESTS IN YOUNG TALENT
Following the successful launch of the Inspire Elite programme
last year, Paula Harsley has been appointed to support
relationship manager Henrietta Brown with further growth.
Henrietta and Paula will be working strategically with business
leaders across the region on their own growth journeys.
CEO of Inspire Rob Perks said: “We launched our scale
up networks last autumn with the support of The Scale Up
Institute and our Local Enterprise Partnership. Supporting
fast growing SMEs across the area with access to all the
resources that are available to them is vital to the success of

fast-growing businesses expanding at such a rapid rate and
to ensure we deliver on our commitment to support each
business in its growth ambitions we needed to grow our
own team of relationship managers. Paula brings a wealth of
experience from both the financial sector and from the food
sector as well as experience in working with SMEs. She will be
a fantastic addition to our team.”
