Fig Offices open in Swindon’s Newbridge Square
Swindon town centre’s newest flexible office provider is now open for
business at Newbridge Square, formerly Tri Centre 3. The building, owned by
one of the UK and Europe’s fastest growing asset and property management
companies, FI Real Estate Management (also owners of the town’s Brunel
Shopping Centre), now houses FIREM’s new serviced office division.
Marketed under the Fig Offices brand, there
is over 8000 sq ft of serviced office space
available across the first floor, together with
kitchen facilities and a contemporary break
out space. The fully furnished offices start
from one person, up to the largest which
houses 16 work stations.
In addition, the ground floor offers a suite
of glass fronted meeting rooms that are fully
equipped with the latest technology, and can

to working with companies looking for
top quality, convenient, town centre office
space.”
Experienced serviced office manager Neda
MacDonald has been appointed as centre
