COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT DRIVES GROWTH
AT DEVIZES-BASED LIMELIGHT RESOURCING
2016 has been a landmark year for start-up firm Limelight Resourcing
2016 Ltd. In just nine months the company has grown from two
employees to a seven strong team.
The firm based in Parnella House, Market
Place, Devizes specialises in fixed-fee
recruitment, fulfilling roles for all sectors
and sizes of business. Rather than working
as an outsourced recruitment agency,
Limelight prides itself on being an extension
to a business’s HR department, advertising
vacancies on all of the top UK job boards,
including social media, sifting through CVs
and finding relevant candidates for clients.
Marketing director Natalie Brailey said:
“One of our key USPs is reducing our clients
cost per hire through the fixed fee model. We
also allow our clients to have full ownership
of all the candidates that apply for their vacancy. The benefit of this, is that candidates
can be revisited for future roles. Cutting out
unnecessary admin and excess costs."
'Recruitment With a Twist' is the
firm’s strapline and generating business
engagement through creative thinking has

been key to their growth. This Halloween,
Limelight ran a ‘Pumpkin Carve Off’
competition in Devizes, hand-delivering
pumpkins and pumpkin carving kits to 30
local businesses.
Natalie said: “I wanted to find a way
to bring local companies together to
encourage more interaction and thought
creating a pumpkin carving competition
could be a fun way to do this. We were
very impressed with all the entries, there’s
some amazing carving talent in Devizes and
it was great to see so many businesses get
involved.”
The staff at Limelight Resourcing voted
for the most creative entry and the prize was
awarded to Charlton Baker Accountants
whose owl masterpiece stole the show.
Charlton Baker received the prize of a
£100 hamper, made up by Edwin Giddings
in Devizes.
