In the last 28 years with my business Vi International, I
have coached and trained many very senior women in the
corporate world. I have seen how they make it or don’t in
very tough situations. I have seen the positive difference
they make to senior teams and organisations. I also know
how very tough it can be, the judgements that can be
made and careers that can be made or not.
Being a woman starting her own business in 1988 – I
know what it is like managing and growing a business,
