Inspire appoints head of
network development
To aid the growth of the Inspire network, Henrietta
Brown has been appointed in this newly created role.
Henrietta said: “I’m delighted to be joining
Inspire at this exciting time as we launch
the scale up programme for Swindon and
Wiltshire. This role is a fantastic opportunity
for me to put together my experience and

my account management and network
experience to lead this initiative. It brings
together a truly inspirational group of
businesses- we have over 50 joining our
Inspire Elite network already which links
them with each other to share knowledge
and experience as well as to benefit from
private and publicly funded initiatives
as they grow their businesses. Wiltshire
has a great talent and some exceptional
business leaders. I am looking forward to
learning from them as well as seeing them
succeed."
Henrietta started her career in estate
agency and financial services with national
group, Countrywide, before moving on
to an account manager role at Natwest,
looking after some of their key accounts.
This led her to pursue a career in lending
and to a national accounts role with the
commercial lending division within the
Bank of Ireland Group. In 2002 she decided
to start her own financial services business
which grew rapidly until she sold it in 2008
to take a career break and start a family- a
very different enterprise. During this period
to keep her out of mischief, she took a
non-executive role with a new start service
company providing independent financial
advisers with access to the products they
needed to meet their client’s requirements
for protection and investment needs.
