Interview styles have changed from the old days of scanning your CV and asking you to “sell a pen” or “if you were an animal, what animal would you be?!” The most common type of interview is now competency based. If you Google “competency based interview questions” you will find a huge array to practice and prepare with. The skill is to always give a solid example. Waffle does not work in this style of interview. You will be scored on your ability to demonstrate the competency. If you are looking for a new role through an agency, use the expertise available.
