COMMERCIAL PROPERTY DELTA 1200 IS NOW FULLY OCCUPIED Acting for CBRE Global Investors, Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP and Keningtons LLP announced earlier this month that Delta 1200 on the Delta Office Park in Swindon, is now fully occupied. The last ground floor suite of 4,870 sq.ft. has been taken by Cherwell Software Limited on a new, 5 year lease. Jeremy Sutton, Partner at Keningtons LLP, who assisted Cherwell Software in its relocation comments: “We got our timing just right on this one. When we first started to look for new premises for Cherwell Software, this suite was under offer to another party.
