New lease of life for
Cambridge House
Serviced office group, Clarendon, has opened
a new set of offices in the centre of Bath, the
group’s first venture in the South West.
Working with Interaction, a Bath-based
workplace design and build specialist, it
has taken over four floors of Cambridge
House on Henry Street and transformed
the space into more than 55 separate
offices complete with meeting rooms and
innovative ‘phone booth’ style quiet rooms.
The 16-week refurbishment project on
the offices – which had been unused for
several years and were in a bad state of
disrepair – cost £1.2m to complete. The
office spaces range from one work station
to 17; additionally, plans are also in place to
open a roof terrace.
