A two-day fast-paced online workshop designed to scrutinise your existing business model through sustainability principles and circular economy business model patterns .
The Sustainability Workout isn ’ t a traditional webinar - it ’ s interactive , fast paced and packed with content and practical exercises . It is led by experienced coaches and 1:1 mentoring is also provided . When attending a sustainability workout , you can identify areas of growth in your organisation ’ s business model and unlock prosperity via strategic innovation while doing good for the planet and people .
These topic-led sessions provide a brilliant opportunity to develop practical action-oriented skills in a time friendly manner .
Organisations can complete the 12 hours of fully funded business support by choosing 3 of the 4-hour Sustainability Masterclass sessions . Choose from eight insightful masterclasses with topics such as Sustainability Policies , Impact Leadership , Becoming Tender Ready , Digital Sustainability , Grant Writing to support your business ’ s needs .
Through the programme organisations can also be introduced to academic experts from any department at the University of Bath to help start a conversation that may then lead to collaboration on a research project to support the development of new sustainable technologies , products or services .

Funded through the European Regional Development Fund the programme is run through the No1 business incubator SETsquared , and it is linked with the University of Bath with scope for organisations to connect and collaborate with academic researchers .
