I grew up with a mum who really knew how to cook delicious , vibrant vegetarian meals . She loved exploring different cuisines , flavors , and ingredients , so I always say I grew up with an elevated palate because of her . Then , when I studied nutrition and Ayurveda and learned how food can nourish not just your body , but also affect your emotions and mind , I fell in love with food even more ! My book JoyFull is just me sharing everything I ’ ve learned and how it has helped me in my life .
You radiate such a mindful , joyful energy - what are some of your favorite sources of inspiration or media that you turn to in order to protect your energy and stay aligned with a higher , more vibrant frequency ?
My spiritual teacher , His Holiness Radhanath Swami , has been one of the greatest sources of growth and joy in my life , and his book , The Journey Home , is one I keep going back to .
