How do you personally cultivate joy in your daily life ? What are some of your favorite practices for finding peace and balance , especially during times of stress or uncertainty ? I have
certain practices that bring me mental , physical , emotional , and spiritual joy , and I plan my day to incorporate them all . In the mornings , I start with a mantra meditation for spiritual joy . I make time for a workout or movement and meal prepping for physical joy . For emotional joy , I connect with family or loved ones during my lunch breaks or morning drive . And reading and learning nourish my mind . During stressful moments , I turn to breathwork and nature to calm my racing mind , reconnect with my body , and feel more centered .
