HOMOSEXUAL APPROVAL IN NORWAY
Homosexuals can be charged with up to one year in jail for their feelings. Norway has long discriminated women and men for liking the same gender. But finally they don’t need to hide anymore, for Norway has changed to the better.
Things have changed, and a new law has come to Norway. Today is the day homosexuals can finally be themselves and doesn’t need to be afraid of their true feeling. Yes, today it was made legal to be homosexual. The new law states that two persons from the same gender can be together in peace.
It is now against the law to stand against or discriminate a homosexual person. Before this, homosexual men and women would get punished for sexual abuse if they tried to be themselves with up to one year in prison. But now, that law has been eliminated. Still, homosexuals have a psychiatric diagnose. But Norway is currently thinking about getting a new law that states; if you physically or mentally hurt a homosexual person, you can be punished. Of course, we still don’t know if this is going to happen or not. I guess we just have to wait and see.
Karen-Christine Friele has fought for homosexual right for almost all her life. Maybe you have read about her somewhere? She was an organization woman and activist in the gay movement. She has no remorse about what she says, and she is confident in her work. She is fearless, and this is a good quality in her work against gay rights.
