PERFECT
ROASTIES
Winter roasts & Christmas dinner need the
perfect roast potatoes, parsnips & carrots!
* Preheat your oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6. Peel the
vegetables and halve any larger ones lengthways.
* Bash a garlic bulb, without peeling, and pick a sprig of
Rosemary
* Boil the spuds and carrots in salted water for 5 mins,
then chuck in the snips for further 4 mins
* Drain and allow to dry out a little.
Fluff the spuds a
little so they go nice and crisp
* Tumble into a roasting tray with a dollop of Duck or
Goose fat, add the garlic and Rosemary and chuck in the
preheated oven for an hour
