ABOUT MARTHA Martha has been a full-time resident in Big Sky since 1988 where she has worked in real estate for approximately 20 years. She was Founder, Broker and Owner of Big Sky’ s top luxury boutique real estate firm, Montana Living- Big Sky Real Estate. Her experience includes taking real estate projects from the beginning stages to turn-key product. Martha has consistently been Big Sky’ s top sales producer— in 2015 she was honored as one of the top 25 luxury brokers in the country, and in 2013 and 2012 as one of the top 50. Martha is the exclusive listing broker for Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, and actively supports and sells real estate within Yellowstone Club, Big Sky Resort, Moonlight Basin, Big Sky, and the surrounding area.
Martha and her husband Scott have two boys and feel lucky to be raising them in Big Sky. When she’ s not helping clients find their dream property in the mountains, she’ s busy with her boys and enjoys alpine and nordic skiing, fly fishing, golfing, hiking, riding horses, bird hunting and boating on Montana’ s Hebgen Lake.

Favorite spot in Big Sky?
Skiing from the top of Lone Peak and viewing the Tetons on a crisp, clear winter day; The Beehive hike in July when all of the flowers are in full bloom and you are hiking along the creek with the massive mountain peaks in the background; Morning alpenglow hitting Lone Peak and it starts to glow before the other mountains have sun; Evening alpenglow on the Spanish Peaks and the Gallatin Range casting a breathtaking rainbow of colors on them; Simply too many to choose from!
What does the Big Sky community mean to you?
It’ s everything! My kids, family, friends, work— my purpose.
ABOUT JASON Born and raised in Idaho, Jason has lived his life pursuing and sharing his passions for fly fishing, bird hunting, and skiing. After graduating from the University of Idaho, he left for Montana and never looked back. 20 years later, Jason is proud to call Big Sky his home with his beautiful wife, daughter, son, and dog River. As a lead guide and manager for Montana’ s premier fly fishing and bird hunting lodge( Ruby Springs Lodge) for the last 20 years, as well as a ski guide for the Yellowstone Club for the last five years, Jason’ s passion to share the beauty and adventure of Montana is obvious. Jason and his family feel very fortunate to live their lives in this pristine mountain community. When he’ s not traveling in pursuit of steelhead or bonefish, you can find Jason guiding his own kids into the rivers and ski trails of their backyard, Big Sky.
