Background Girl Scouts bring their dreams to life and work together to build a better world. Through our programs, Girl Scouts of all backgrounds and abilities can be unapologetically themselves in a safe space as they discover their strengths and rise to meet new challenges.

We deliver free programming to 800 youth in traditionally underserved communities.
More than 700 Girl Scouts experienced the magic of summer camp at our two camp properties.

Reach Out and Read Rhode Island( RORRI) strengthens families with young children through guidance from medical providers about nurturing relationships through shared reading.
Background Reach Out and Read RI supports families by providing books and guidance during pediatric visits, promoting early literacy, fostering curiosity and empathy, and strengthening parent-child bonds from birth to age 5.
brag lines In 25 years, RORRI has given 1.3 million books to Rhode Island families. This year, we’ ll serve 50,000 children and distribute over 100,000 books at nearly 70 medical sites, promoting early literacy and family trust in pediatric care.
