Teel

Victoria Teel is a belly dance artist traveling the world
teaching and performing. Her passion for the dance has led
her to work with internationally acclaimed artists, directors
and producers. In 2010, Victoria participated in the belly
dance reality show, Project Belly Dance, and placed in the
top six contestants. In 2011, Victoria joined Miles Copeland’s
Bellydance Superstars in Japan for the tour of Bombay
Bellywood. She went on to perform in Danzara, Magic of
Dance, and the Club Bellydance shows.
Victoria is internationally recognized for her uniquely
fluid style and effortless execution. Her instruction
method focuses on flow and how to create a seamless
choreography for any style. Her mentorship program
focuses on helping dancers find their voice and
taking their dance to the next level. She is also
the creator of the Teel Fan Method, a dance
technique using fan veils that incorporates
influences from Asian dances.
Today, Victoria is based in
Washington, D.C., and offers online
videos, mentorship programs, and a
dancewear line. She currently tours
the world teaching workshops
and performing.
