Stella studied ballet, tap, and jazz from age three through her teen years. She continued to dance, but was more focused on her fine art studies and family. Later, she began to take formal dance classes again - this time, Belly Dance! She also took Zambra Mora. Under instructor, Julie Flanders’s instruction, the true art and history was passed down. In 2012, Stella acquired skills in making and applying henna from Michele Boardman at 3rd Coast Tribal Fest. She continues her studies through practice and perfecting her skills.
