Trevor Ragan has a BA Sociology Duke University 2010. Duke Basketball practice Player and Manager. Worked under Coach K. Founder and Head Coach of The Baskeballl School (USA & Canada). Currently has worked with over 1800 student athletes from all over North America. Founder of Train Ugly. Worked with Fortune 500 companies, MLB teams, Olympic teams, with hundreds of schools, and even in a few prisons. Trevor sees a huge disconnect between what the science says and the way we teach and coach - it is his mission to change that. 50% of his time is spent traveling and doing workshops with groups from all over the world. The other 50% is spent learning. Seeking out the scientists and thought leaders in the world of development, consumes their research and discoveries, connects the dots, and shares it.

Matt Helke has a BS in Psychology (perception & cognition) from Wright State University 1988. Matt is a Performance Optimization Mentor and has been an active coach since 1992. He is an Accredited Interscholastic Coach, with certifications in: Sports Psychology Coach (Ed.), Sports Hypnosis & Visual Guided Imagery, Core Conditioning Specialist and Biomechanics Specialist. He also has certifications in Neuroscience & Cognitive Linguistics pending. Founder of The Baseball Observer Digital Magazine and 360 Peak Performance. He is a member of the NFHS, ABCA, OHSBCA , ICLA (International Cognitive Linguistics Association) and a Professional Affiliate of APA Div 47 (Society for Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology). Diamyn Hall is a former Division I baseball player who is currently juggling his master's in Sports Psychology at JFKU, while breaking barriers with Wright State University’s Baseball team. For the first time in history, Diamyn’s position as the Mental Game Development Coordinator is being embedded within the staff of an NCAA Division I baseball program. Diamyn is also in the current process of building his Peak Performance & Mental Toughness Company where he travels, consults, and speaks with organizations, teams, & players on numerous topics regarding mental toughness in baseball and in life.
