Help us celebrate this heritage and our first year of opening the St Hugo home with a dinner focusing on the best vintages of St Hugo Coonawarra Cabernet - past, present and future. Starting with a tasting of six of the most outstanding museum wines from St Hugo’s best vintages, conducted by winemaker Dan Swincer, we will to progress to a celebratory six course degustation dinner with dishes created to enhance our very best Cabernets.
