With an ever-expanding family – two year old Sebastian being the little assistant winemaker and four month old Juliette being the newest addition, Guests can sit outside on the balconies and enjoy panoramic views of the Barossa’s rolling hills. And, with the addition of the Lambert Estate restaurant’s kitchen garden in the “southern white house” on the Estate, Tanunda born Executive Chef, Roger Farley, has taken inspirations from the Lambert family’s diverse background to create menus that are enticing and flavourful. With a touch of international spice and flair, the restaurant offers something new to the Barossa’s food landscape.
