IMAGINE THAT YOU ARE A KING OR QUEEN...
Wouldn't that be cool!? Call all the shots, get everything for free but be incredibly rich at the same time? Know all the country's leaders by first
name, and have them over for dinner pretty much every night!? And DINNER is cooked by the BEST. CHEF. IN. THE. WORLD.
The only downside, is that people come to you to MAKE DECISIONS. Not that big of a downside, right? I mean, if you weigh the odds, you've got a pretty sweet gig going.
Someone comes to you with a request:
"My noble liege, I am here on special mission. My country has been raided by a dragon!! We beg that you
answer with your
forces!"
What
would
you say?
You
could
say that
you will
answer
the call, or
that the dragon is too scary and you are afraid of fighting a dragon... your choice.
REMEMBER: CHOICES HAVE CONSEQUENCES
When people grow up, they have extra responsibilities to take care of. They have decisions that they make everyday that carry a consequence
with them. Let's go back to
our "kingdom" and see what
our decisions have done for
the people of our country!
IF YOU CHOSE TO FIGHT THE DRAGON:
The Kingdom rally's its knights and soldiers together and march away to the distant land being attacked by the huge scary dragon. The army arrives and the dragon fights ferociously.
After a long battle, the dragon flies away, never to return. You are victorious! But there are a lot of people hurt. The dragon breathes fire, and there's plenty of soldiers and knights with wounds to show for it.
The march back home is long, and when you arrive your friend is thankful that you saved his kingdom.
Despite the grave injuries, you are reigned a hero, and the people respect you as a strong and loyal ruler.
Years later, the dragon returns to exact revenge!
My country has been raided by a dragon!!
