Mia Collis is a photographer living and working in Africa. With a major in Anthropology, she is currently based out of Nairobi. Her ongoing project is Sunday Best at Weekend Studio documenting people wearing their finest on Sundays in Kenya's biggest slum, Kibera. She won various awards last year, the latest being First Prize ~ People, in National Geographic's 2018 Photo Contest, Lens Culture's Top 50 Emerging Talents for 2018 and Event Photographer of the Year in the 2018 International Photography Awards.
