Grandma Eva's

Noodle Kugel

This traditional Jewish dish is an adaptation from the recipe of Brent's Deli partner Marc Hernandez's grandmother. "I would literally eat the entire pan of her noodle kugel every Passover back East," he recalls. We added it to our menu in order to spark memories of comfort foods and that home-away-from-home feeling.

Cheese Blintzes

A traditional Jewish food that originated in Eastern Europe, blintzes are thin crêpes, which we fill with a rich farmer cheese blend and grill to perfection. Served with rich sour cream and strawberry preserves, we prepare our blintzes in-house and make them both in mini and regular sizes. We also offer a Latke Blintz Sampler, great for enjoying the best of both worlds. Blintzes are usually served during Hanukkah and other Jewish holidays.

Potato Latkes

We handcraft our latkes using a family recipe and lightly fry them to a deep golden brown. Served with rich sour cream and our own cherry apple sauce, you can enjoy this Hanukkah classic all year long.

Babka

Another Eastern European Jewish tradition, babka is a sweet cake made from a doubled and twisted length of yeast dough, which usually includes cinnamon or chocolate. Fun Fact: The Polish noun "babka" means grandmother.
