Pricing

Pricing is based on the number of active events. A planner will naturally start with the smaller package where they can plan up to 15 events a year. As they begin planning more, they can upgrade to the Consultant level. Busier planners can also sign up for unlimited events right away and have no restrictions.

Beginning in November 2014, we will begin charging a one-time set up fee of $350 for a one hour consultation to assist in set up. It is not necessary or mandatory but highly suggested.

Each planner will also have free, unlimited customer service assistance and technical assistance also.

Distribution

Direct sales come through www.theavamethod.com.

Clients can sign up for their subscription directly from the website, pay their enrollment fee and gain access instantly.

Marketing Strategy

We are using Infusionsoft, which offers a subscription based all-in-one sales and marketing SaaS product for small businesses with fewer than 25 employees. The integrated platform lets users manage their small business by pulling together data points related to sales, marketing, leads, payments, customers, and more.

The platform can create and host Web forms and links, execute automated campaigns and track ROIs, provides real-time customer updates for sales, lets users manage customer databases, and includes e-commerce functionality letting users manage shopping carts, product pages, dynamic discounts and coupon codes.

Infusionoft also offers contact management apps for mobile devices. In April 2012, Infusionsoft opened a marketplace that includes more than 70 apps compatible with its software suites that incorporate tools such as SMB text messaging.
