Over 90 section members attended the annual Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Year in Review CLE program which took place on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at Capital City Club. The morning CLE program featured Honorable Paul W. Bonapfel, United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Georgia, Harris Winsberg, Troutman Sanders LLP, Beth Anne Harrill, Law Clerk to the Hon. Paul W. Bonapfel and Karen D, Visser, Law Clerk to the Hon. W. Homer Drake, Jr. The afternoon CLE, Commercial Law Year in Review, was presented by C. Edward Dobbs, Parker Hudson Ranier & Dobbs, LLP and Alfred S. Lurey, Kilpatrick Townsend LLP. The lunch program featured a tribute to the Hon. Margaret H. Murphy who recently retired from the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Georgia, after 28 years of service to the bankruptcy community. Speakers included Bruce Crabtree, III, Smith Gambrell & Russell, LLP, John Thomson, Jr., Cohen Pollock Merlin & Small, P. C. and Section President, John Mills, III, Barnes & Thornburg LLP.
