Four decades in the making , Caldwell is one of the most diverse vineyards in the world , and home to North America ’ s only estate wine barrel cooperage , with an incredible portfolio of estate wines , made by Marc Gagnon , formerly of Screaming Eagle .
WINE – John will host an exquisite winetasting experience exclusively for the Atlanta Bar . Celebrated Caldwell sommelier , Mario Moreno , will lead us through a tasting of the elite varietals exclusively grown at their spectacular vineyard .
CHAMPAGNE – In addition to their wines , we will enjoy one of Caldwell ' s private label champagnes during the cocktail hour .
APERITIF – You are in for a special treat with delectable hors d ’ oeuvres from the incomparable Rumi ’ s Kitchen .
CHEESE – We will elevate the experience with an array of artisanal cheeses specially curated for this event by cheesemonger Raymond Hook from Capella Cheese . Raymond will narrate his carefully selected pairings .
