Fall Breakfast Meeting & Presentation

- The Family Law Section held its Section breakfast on Thursday,
November 14, 2019 located at Local Three. The topic was "A View from
the Bench" with Hon. Ural D. Glanville (Fulton County Superior Court),
as the speaker.
LABOR &
EMPLOYMENT LAW
On November 12, 2019, the Labor and Employment Section hosted “Views
from the Bench: The Do’s and Don’ts in an Employment Case,” at the
Capital City Club. The panel was moderated by Labor and Employment
Section Board member Erin Krinsky (Krinsky Legal) and featured three
judges from the Northern District of Georgia that shared their perspectives
and offered observations on both the good and bad litigation practices that
they encounter in employment matters before the Court. The large crowd
in attendance walked away with many valuable tips and insights. The Labor
and Employment section will host its annual Advanced Employment Law
seminar on Thursday, March 12, 2020.
