CONSTRUCTION LAW
The Construction Law Section had an exciting final few months of
2019. Our board members hosted several fascinating and informative
breakfasts on essential industry-related subjects, including helpful tips
and lessons learned; and the proper handling of scheduling, delay and
loss-of-productivity claims.

We were particularly excited for our Winter Social on December 19, 2019
at Del Frisco’s Grille in Buckhead. Section members and their colleagues
gathered for great food and fellowship. But, more importantly, since
the holidays are a time for helping those in need, we encouraged our
members to bring toys to donate to our local chapter of Toys for Tots. It
was great to give back to our community!
Looking forward, our Section will have more breakfast events to discuss
industry ethics, legislative updates, an inside-look at in-house counsel,
and the current state of the construction industry. Thank you to our
members for your contributions - interested in becoming a member of
our Section? Check out atlantabar.org.
