The new year is a time of reflection. We look
back upon the defining events of the prior year,
thinking about that we are most proud of and
what challenged us the most. As we look for-
ward, we develop plans based on the lessons of
the past, hoping that each successive year will
allow us to grow

Side Bar program, linking lawyers of different
levels of experience in smaller groups to develop
deep relationships for mentoring and service.

Bar, we are half-

by listening to

deeply about engaging our members no matter
