EXAEQUO – SALVADOR DALÍ SURREALISM BECOMES“ MINUSCULE”

The surrealist vision of Exaequo – Salvador Dalí is reduced in size. Introducing Le Minuscule: Swiss Made and released in limited editions. Time continues to melt into new ergonomic, soft and organic forms inspired by the dreamlike universe of the Maestro, where detail now lies within the“ small”.
There is an even more intimate dimension of time. More discreet, more personal, almost secret. A dimension in which matter seems to become lighter and forms turn essential without losing their identity.
From this idea comes Le Minuscule, the new interpretation of the Exaequo – Salvador Dalí collection developed through the official long-term partnership with Fundació Gala- Salvador Dalí.
Following the recent Geneva debut of the Classic models, the manifesto of this partnership, during the international watchmaking week at Villa Sarasin for Time to Watches 2026, the new Le Minuscule line brings Exaequo’ s surrealist language into completely new proportions while preserving the evocative strength that has already made the brand iconic.
The case dimensions are now reduced to just 40.5 x 26 mm, while the shape itself evolves, transforming the watch into an even more refined, lightweight and ergonomic object alongside the now-famous Classic case measuring 47 × 28 mm.
This is not merely an aesthetic evolution, but a sensory one: the surfaces become even smoother, softer and more fluid to the touch, visually sculpted like liquid metal. The iconic“ melting” silhouette thus takes on a new design, a new compact elegance capable of adapting naturally and almost organically to the wrist.
Once again, surrealism abandons every rigidity and time is no longer simply measured: it compresses itself, adapts and transforms into a precious detail to be worn.
The seven references of the collection are divided into three versions in 316L stainless steel and four in yellow gold PVD-treated steel. The dials retain Salvador Dalí’ s signature, a distinctive feature of the collection, while the distorted indexes appear to slide across the surface, amplifying the liquid and dreamlike perception of time.
