Ranked number 96 in the recently announced World’ s 101 Best Steak Restaurants, the Marylebone restaurant takes its place amongst some of the most respected names in global hospitality.
Founded by chef-owner Diego Jacquet, Zoilo has always sought to offer something more nuanced than a traditional steakhouse. Rooted in Argentine culture yet shaped by its London home, the restaurant reflects Diego’ s belief that great hospitality is built on provenance, simplicity and genuine warmth rather than theatre or excess.
At the heart of Zoilo is its relationship with beef. Working with carefully selected suppliers from both Argentina and the UK, the restaurant’ s offering is built around cuts of exceptional quality and consistency. Bife Ancho( ribeye), Bife Angosto( sirloin), Centro de Lomo( chateaubriand) and a 34-day aged T-Bone for sharing all showcase the restaurant’ s deep respect for the product. Each cut is carefully aged in a way that best suits its nature, seasoned and cooked over a charcoal grill in traditional Argentine fashion to allow the quality of the meat to speak for itself.
