The prestigious recognition was revealed in the Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2026 and cements MICHAEL CAINES at The Stafford among London’ s most celebrated dining destinations.
Opened in September 2025, the restaurant, located in St James’ s offers guests an elevated dining experience in the capital. It is housed within the distinguished The Stafford London hotel, renowned for its curated luxury and exceptional British hospitality, and marks Caines’ very first venture into the capital.
MICHAEL CAINES at The Stafford works closely with trusted suppliers and producers to create menus that are both thoughtful and expressive with a focus on seasonality. The Michelin star reflects the restaurant’ s long-term commitment to craftsmanship, consistency, and hospitality at the highest level.
