HOLISTIC WELLBEING COACHING
Holistic Wellbeing Coaching is tailored to support the guests on their wellness journey . It aids in identifying and overcoming barriers that hinder health and wellbeing , empowering them to make sustainable lifestyle changes that enhance their physical , mental and emotional health . This coaching not only holds the guest accountable to their wellness goals and plans but also provides techniques to manage and reduce stress while promoting relaxation .
The Coaching session duration is 45 minutes and is available to book face-to-face or online .

Grey Wolfe Membership is a lifestyle choice and investment in self we make when we are serious about our wellbeing . Because of this , our membership options are all on a rolling 12-month term . The different membership packages are attuned to members ’ individual circumstances and allow for flexibility to maximise the use of the facility .

events are amongst some of the benefits of membership .
Membership fees start from £ 488 per annum and rise to £ 4888 per annum with a £ 250 joining fee .
