Chef Jake Storey joined the culinary team at Foresters Hall as Head Chef in October 2023 and the restaurant by Smoking Lobster has already been recommended in the MICHELIN Guide 2024 . Prior to this , Chef Storey spent six years working under Chef Michael Caines MBE at Lympstone Manor ultimately as Senior Sous Chef . His menu at Foresters Hall highlights seasonal ingredients , locally sourced seafood and freshly made pasta . Both hotel residents and non-residents can enjoy lunch and dinner in the restaurant , bar , private dining room and on the sundrenched terrace .
During the Summer season , the restaurant ’ s regular a la carte menu is available from Wednesday to Saturday for lunch & dinner . On Sundays Chef Storey serves a special menu featuring the Great British favourite , the Sunday Roast . Breakfast is reserved for residents only .
