Stamped and numbered pieces Dimensions: 71 cm x 45 cm x H60 cm “Petal," Floor Lamp by Elliott Barnes, Exhibited at Mus e Carnavalet Paris The “Petal” floor lamp was created for the exhibition Transpositions – Elliott Barnes at the Mus e Carnavalet, Paris in 2014. During the Designers’ Days from 19th to 25th May 2014, the American Architect Elliott Barnes occupied the Louis the 16th wing of the Mus e Carnavalet. The exhibition proposed a dialogue between furniture designed by Elliott Barnes and the museum’s permanent collection. This piece was executed thanks to the talents of the most accomplished French artisans. This “savoir-faire” is equally honoured in the historical collection of the Mus e Carnavalet, which is dedicated to the history of Paris. Lightness and pleasure for this floor lamp with structure made of bent blackened steel, and rose gold finish for the brass lampshade petals.
