50 members and guests gathered on the beach enjoyed a taste of early spring as well some refreshing beverages.
Children and adults enjoyed a game of cricket whilst other devoted themselves to slower paced activities involving eating and chatting. All in all a very nice day, it make me wonder why we are not there every week!

Jason Waterhouse hot off his America’ s Cup campaign with Softbank Team Japan is back with his cousin Lisa Darmanin on their new foiling Narca 17 at Hempel Sailing World Championship Aarhas 2017.
Tash Bryant & Annie Wilmot as well as Nina Curtis( sailing with Haylee Outteridge) are competing in the 49er FX & Jim Colley( sailing with Kurt Hansen) who are competing in the 49er in their respective World Championships in Porto, Portugal with racing starting Wednesday 30 August.
Josh Dawson recently competed in the 470 Class World Championship in Thessaloniki, Greece, coming in 20 th place from a fleet of 72!
