Tell us a bit about yourselves, how did you meet? What
brought you to become part of the Stir food family etc.

Adrian: I matriculated in 2001 after attending Fairmont high
school in Durbanville. I then furthered my studies at Northlink
College by doing a three year advanced diploma in culinary arts
from 2003 to 2005. In 2005 I went on an international working
program called Workaway international to Florida USA.
Nicole: I Matriculated in 1999 from Milnerton High School. My
first job was working at the President hotel in Bantry Bay. In
2001 I started my studies at the Institue of Hospitality Education,
where I received my diploma in Culinary Arts. Whilst studying I
continued working at Au Jardin at the vineyard hotel in Newlands.
It was on both of our travels to the USA in 2006 on Workaway
international that our paths crossed for the first time. Working
at a country club in Florida, we both discovered we were from
Cape Town and basically lived 20 minutes from each other. From
