METHOD
Place a square-shaped, double layer of cling film on a work surface,
allowing in some air (x4 if serving four, as per quantities). Place 15g caviar,
one finely chopped shallot, one egg yolk, ground pepper and a small dash
of vodka on top of cling film. Lift the four corners of cling film together,
closing up into a bundle; leaving the excess air to come out, then wrap
each of the Cyber Eggs by creating two different bladders. To seal the
Cyber Eggs, use the nylon yarn. Cut the excess nylon. Serve with frozen dry
vodka and a scalpel, for effect. With the scalpel make an incision through
the film and immediately squeeze content into mouth and enjoy it.
