I HATE door knocking and cold calling but this type of prospecting is totally different . You are there to give information and share your expert knowledge .
When I do this type of prospecting my mindset is : I have valuable information and a duty to inform local property owners about what ’ s going on . It ’ s amazing how much more successful this is when your confidence is up and your attitude says you ’ re the area professional looking to help .
I ’ m actually thinking to myself how fortunate they are that someone like me who cares so much about their community and helping sellers is turning up at their door to offer this complimentary service . Tip : If you see yourself as a pest , so will they .
