• Essentially , the more you do , the more listing appointments you can expect to secure 

• These are warm calls to folks in your database , not cold call prospecting 

• The only reason you can ’ t do this is because you don ’ t have enough warm contacts ( that ’ s where your funnel comes in )

• You can speak with 400 people a month doing this 

• Set a goal to have 2000 people in your database minimum . If you already have 2000 , go for 4000 . More contacts = More leads , listings and sales 

• Open up your CRM and get started . Minimum 20 per day
