STAR WARS SOUNDTRACKS

The Star Wars soundtrack has been an iconic soundtrack ever since it was released in 1977. John Williams couldn't have done a better job. He also did a great job tying in all of the soundtracks and creating a theme throughout all 7 movies. Some of the most iconic tracks are the Main Title (in the beginning when the words are on the screen), Princess Leia's Theme, The Millennium Falcon Theme, and the Cantina Band. Another thing that is also iconic, even though it's not on the soundtrack, the sweet sound of a Chewbacca roar, or the melodic beep of an R2 unit, or the exhilarating sound of The Millennium Falcon going into light speed. When Star Wars: The Force Awakens premiered in December of 2015, as soon as the all so familiar yellow words rolled on the screen and everybody heard the sound of the first and main track, you could hear a pin drop... or not. Everyone was cheering and clapping loudly. One of my favorite tracks from Star Wars 7 was Rey's Theme. I thought it fit her perfectly, and it was something new yet tying in old themes from the other tracks. Over all the Star Wars 7 Tracks were great, and I'm pretty excited to hear the Rogue One tracks.
