THE DATE FOR THE NEXT THATCHFIELD HOA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: 8 DECEMBER 2016 According to the Memorandum of Incorporation of Thatchfield Home Owners Association, it must hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM). Such meeting shall be held within not more than nine (9) months after the end of every financial year of the Company, and within not more than fifteen (15) months after the date of the last preceding Annual General Meeting. The AGM shall deal with and dispose of matters prescribed by the Act, including the consideration of the previous Annual General Meeting’s Minutes, the Annual Audited Financial Statements, the Chairman’s Annual Report, the appointment of an auditor and the election of directors. No business can be transacted at the AGM unless a quorum of members is present at the time when the meeting proceeds to business.
