Alternatively , you can experience life as a vacquero ( cowboy ) as you set out to the cereal to witness the cattle round up activities such as lassoing and branding . Feel the wind through your hair and adrenaline as you horseback through the savannah .

experienced riders , horseback along a safari trail while having a rustic experience of camping along the way . For the chill vibes , the nearby creek provides a refreshing swim or take the boat and try your hand at fishing .
Did I mention that this location serves up some amazing sunrise and sunset moments ? This is the experience I love . It is in these moments where I escape the ordinary and embrace the wonder of nature . One can take the 45 minute hike up Saddle Mountain to catch the elevated rays or have a lower savannah view , this one has the added allure of Anteater spotting .
