and Weights—for

NSCA member Jay Dawes, of Edmond,
Oklahoma, carries his 6-month-old
daughter, Gabrielle, across the ?nish line
during the Oklahoma City Memorial
Marathon, April 25, 2004. Jay was scheduled to run a two-person relay, but his race
partner could not attend, so he ran the
entire marathon himself.
The event raised over $6,000 this year
with all proceeds going to the American
Cancer Society in the name of Stephen
Wann, an employee and dear friend of
The Health Club, who passed away with
colon cancer.
