Printing to a file only
If you wish to simply print to a file, you may enable that option by ticking the corresponding check-box.
The file will be stored in the output folder. You may choose between three output formats; a normal
image file in the format specified on the Channel Settings tab, a Postscript file, or an Adobe PDF file.
When choosing Postscript or PDF output, the printer selected must be a printer with a postscript driver.
Other image editing options
Where: Channel | Pixel Edit
Sometimes it may be desirable to add a company logo or other information to images in a system. All
such features have been grouped under Pixel Edit in the admin console tree.
Watermarking images
Where: Channel | Pixel Edit | Watermark tab
To add a watermark to the images processed in the channel, click Watermark Image. Then choose where
to place the watermark – either cornered or centered, in which case you may also scale the watermark
to fit the image completely. To create a watermark from a company logo you may for instance use the
emboss tool in Photoshop. A gray level of 128 will become transparent in the final composite image. A
lower, darker level will produce a darker composite result.
Adding a text block to images
