Thumbnail and Preview processing

Here you may choose a profile for optimizing the quality of thumbnails and previews used by
FotoStation and FotoWeb, as well as EPS previews used by e.g. QuarkXPress. By choosing to Use the
FotoWare default RGB profile (Adobe RGB 1998), the output file will be smaller as no output profile
will be embedded. Rather, a client such as FotoStation will apply the profile when browsing the images.
If, on the preceding tabs, you have chosen not to utilize color management for files of any color mode, you
may still choose a default input profile which is utilized to create thumbnails and previews. Note that the
choice of default input profile will be disabled if color management is enabled for images of that color mode.
By carefully choosing profiles on this tab, color reproduction of the previews will be identical to that of
the high-resolution image.
Output file naming conventions

In mixed computer environments (Windows / Max / Unix etc.), different file naming conventions govern
the various systems. To cater for this need, Color Factory provides preferences for fine-tuning automatic
