Coconut Macadamia Delights Serves  8-­‐10   1/3  Cup  Coconut  Flour   1  heaped  tbsp  Arrowroot  Flour   1/3  cup  Macadamia  BuXer   2  tsp  Coconut  Oil   2  tbsp  Honey ! InstrucBons   Preheat  oven  to  160°  Celsius/325°  Fahrenheit.   Place  the  coconut  flour,  arrowroot  flour,  macadamia  buXer,  coconut  oil  and  honey  in  a  bowl  and   combine  well.   Roll   2   tablespoons   of   mixture   in   the   palm   of   your   hands,   then   place   onto   a   baking   tray   lined   with   baking   paper   and   press   down   to   create   a   flat   biscuit   shape.   Repeat   with   the   remaining   mixture.  Bake  in  the  oven  for  8-­‐10  minutes  or  unBl  they  are  slightly  golden.   Cool  the  biscuits  in  a  refrigerator  before  serving.   ! ! !
